Jem was a rescue dog, who fell into a life of neglect due to an elderly owner. When we rescued her she was a mess, but with our help we cleaned her up and gave her a wonderful home for the 3 years we had her. When she adjusted to her new home she settled right in with our other dogs. She became my shadow, my best friend with 4 legs. She was like none other, especially with her crooked jaw. She will be missed beyond words, but loved forever.
