We are beyond grateful to accommodate any family who wishes to have more time with their pet before their cremation and offer two different experiences, including:
Private Memorial Service (front office only) $175: Up to one hour of time with your companion in our comfortable Escondido memorial center. Your pet will be prepared for your visit, wrapped in a cozy blanket with compassion, and adorned with fresh flowers.
Private Viewing with Same Day Cremation $325: Up to one hour of visit time in our comfortable memorial center. Your pet will be prepared for viewing, wrapped in a cozy blanket with compassion, and adorned with fresh flowers. At the end of the hour, you and your beloved pet will be guided into our crematory, where you can place your beloved companion into the aquamation machine if you choose. This service includes Rush Cremation, which means your pet will be ready to return home in a few days after your Private Viewing (can be as soon as 2 to 4 days).
What To Expect:
Both options offer a peaceful and intimate opportunity to say goodbye to your beloved pet. During your visit, you will have one hour in our welcoming cremation office, designed to provide a warm and comfortable environment with a sofa and chairs for you and your loved ones to gather.
Your pet will be lovingly prepared for the viewing, gently wrapped in a cozy blanket, adorned with fresh flowers, and placed on a soft, comforting bed. This serene setting allows you and your family to reflect, celebrate, and honor your pet’s life together.
If you choose a Private Viewing, at the end of the hour, you will be guided into our crematory. If you wish, you may personally place your pet into the aquamation machine as part of your farewell. If you prefer, a member of our compassionate team can assist with this step.
Our staff will be present to provide comfort, answer any questions, and guide you through the process, ensuring that this moment is as meaningful and personal as possible. This experience allows you to honor your pet in a heartfelt way, creating a lasting memory of love and care.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I bring my children with me? Yes, we encourage families to bring their children. Oftentimes families tend to shield their children from loss, but we believe that pet loss can be a learning experience and a natural part of life. We have many resources for families with children on our family support page.
- Is there parking? We do have a small parking lot in the front of our building that is shared with other businesses in the complex. However, most of the time there are no issues with parking.
- How many people can I invite? Our office viewing room comfortably seats 6-8 individuals. We’ve hosted viewings ranging from small groups of 1-2 people to larger gatherings of 10 or more.
- What should we bring to the private viewing? You’re welcome to bring any items that help celebrate the memory of your beloved pet. We will create a special display in their honor, featuring a sign with their name and the phrase “In Loving Memory,” surrounded by flowers and candles. Many choose to bring photos, while others bring cherished keepsakes that capture their pet’s unique spirit.
- Can we bring other pets? You’re welcome to bring other companions along with you, provided everyone is friendly. We encourage giving your pets the opportunity to say their goodbyes, as animals, like humans, experience grief—sometimes deeply. We also provide cat and dog treats to make them feel more comfortable.
