Hospice pet care and compassionate home euthanasia
Due to Covid, we are taking appointments but asking that the appointment is accommodated outside. If you have a backyard, side yard, porch or patio space, we can accommodate your appointment.
If you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last month, we ask that you inform our staff when booking your appointment.
We are also asking for our families to wear a mask around our doctors, for both your protection and theirs.
Finally, we are asking for our families to help us adhere to social distancing rules, which means you can be with your pet but when it is time for sedation, the vet will ask you to take a step back while she gives the injection. Then, the vet will take a step back so you can have some time with your pet. For the last injection, the vet will be there with your pet, giving them love. Your pet will already be asleep and you may be with them as long as your family needs afterwards.
If you have any questions about how our protocols have changed during this time, please call (619) 324-8610to speak to one of our team members.
